Terms of Service

Effective 30 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and LoadPin LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("LoadPin", "we"). By creating an account or using loadpin.net you agree to them. If you use LoadPin for a business, you agree on its behalf.

1. What LoadPin is

LoadPin is software for freight brokers. It displays public federal records about motor carriers and lets you track loads by sending a link to a driver. LoadPin is not a broker, carrier, insurer or government service, and is not affiliated with the FMCSA or the US Department of Transportation.

2. The information is not a guarantee

Carrier information comes from public FMCSA filings and other public sources. Those filings can be late, incomplete or wrong, and we show them as filed. The safety score, warning signs, "unbookable" labels and every other indicator are information to help your judgement, not advice or a certification that a carrier is safe, insured, authorised or genuine.

Choosing a carrier is your decision and your responsibility. You remain responsible for your own vetting, including checking insurance directly with the insurer and confirming the identity of whoever you are dealing with.

3. Your account

Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us at support@loadpin.net if you think it has been misused.

4. Prices, balance and no refunds

LoadPin is prepaid. You add money to a balance, and we deduct $2 for each calendar day you sign in and $1 for each load you start tracking. Nothing is charged when your balance is empty, and there is no subscription to cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.

All payments are final. Balances are not refundable, in whole or in part, including when an account is closed. Promotional or signup credit has no cash value. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes do not affect charges already made.

5. Load tracking

Before you send a tracking link, you must have the driver's agreement to share their location for that load. Send links only to people involved in the load. The driver's device reports its location only while the tracking page is open and tracking is on, and stops when tracking stops.

6. Acceptable use

Don't resell or republish LoadPin's data, copy it in bulk, scrape or overload the service, get around its limits or security, or use it to harass, threaten or defame anyone.

7. Service availability

We work to keep LoadPin running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.

8. Disclaimer and limit of liability

LoadPin is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, LoadPin LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, cargo, business or data, including loss arising from a carrier you chose to use. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid LoadPin in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You will cover LoadPin LLC against claims arising from your use of the service, your loads, your choice of carriers, or your breach of these terms.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using LoadPin at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Section 4 applies to any remaining balance.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its effective date and, for significant changes, tell you by email. Continuing to use LoadPin after that means you accept them.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
